How we work

We begin with a 2–3-hour deep dive into your current leadership landscape. From there, 1.5-hour sessions give us space to work with real situations: decisions, relationships, conflict, and the moments when leadership gets difficult.

The work draws on Pattern Intelligence, evolutionary astrology, embodied practice, and systems thinking—whatever the situation calls for.

When the work needs to include the wider system

Sometimes the patterns affecting leadership cannot be shifted through individual work alone. I also work with teams and organisations to explore the conditions that shape collective agency and change.

Leadership asks us to hold complexity, navigate relationships, and create conditions for others to do their best work. But how we lead is shaped by patterns we carry—what we take on, where we adapt, how we respond under pressure. A Leadership Journey creates space to see those patterns clearly, reclaim your agency, and lead with more choice. Not to become a better version of someone else's leader. But to become more fully yourself in the responsibility you carry.
